"That's It", is a culinary service founded by Edmund English in 2018 after graduating from the El Centro College Culinary Division. Edmund has many years of experience beyond what he learned in school. He enjoyed spending time learning different recipes and techniques from such greats as Chef G. Garvin. It wasn't always a goal of Edmund's to start his own culinary business. It wasn't until his C.O.O and longtime friend; Cheri Miller, gave him the idea after spearheading many of the culinary needs at their local church.
Thaatss It Catering brings refined global cuisine and exemplary service to the finest Dallas area homes and venues. We create delicious and inspired dishes using only the freshest ingredients, emphasizing taste and exemplary style. Talk to us about your next event. CHERI MILLER
General Manager
Cheri T. Miller keeps our company running smoothly by overseeing our day to day operations, including managing our events. She makes the incredible difficult job of being our General Manager look easy. Cheri was born to the parentage of Lowell & Anita Miller in Dallas, TX on March 24th 1980. While attending Irving High School, she joined the Culinary Program at El Centro College. Cheri realized her love for cooking as a child during the humble days of helping her aunt (Johnnie Mae) in the kitchen. Cheri’s love for family, friendship and good food is wrapped up in one brand, Thaatss It!
EDMUND ENGLISH
Head Chef
Edmund English is the son of Alice and Sam English, he has always loved to cook. Edmund has many years of experience cooking and perfecting his craft. He truly is doing what he loves to do. Before receiving his culinary degree at El Centro he gained some of his experience working for and with different businesses. For example Cheddar's in Tyler Texas, cooking and prepping for the Boy Scouts of America, and catering at church events in his community. He also works with DISD as a manager in their school kitchen, helping to provide children with nutritious meals. Edmund has always loved to cook. Now, he is able to incorporate what he loves to do into his flourishing career. Edmund believes Thaatss It Catering is going to bless everyone that it comes in contact with because God has blessed them to the fullest. Now THAAATSSS ITTT!!!
